Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calling to generate opportunities for new logos in an assigned region, focused on employer group sales of 1,000+ employees
  • Identify business opportunities via direct group outreach and secure meetings
  • Qualify sales leads and hand off leads process with the regional Enterprise Sales Executive to close the opportunity
Required Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of inside sales or business development lead generation experience
  • Experience working in wealth and retirement business
  • Documented achievement of plan performance
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound lead generation, customer service, and/or phone-based selling techniques
  • Strong knowledge of the benefits industry and ability to quickly learn and understand Alight products and services
