Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Strategy and Planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the Sales Operating Plan and manage ongoing adjustments in alignment with business objectives
- Drive regular business reviews, providing insights and performance analysis for Sales leadership
- Develop and maintain the Sales forecast, collaborating with Sales leaders and cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Planning, Business Operations, or a related analytical role
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to develop forecasting models
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Salesforce; familiarity with BI tools is preferred
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for effective cross-team collaboration
- Proven critical thinking and analytical abilities to address complex challenges
