Job Summary
A company is looking for a Salesforce Senior Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communications with clients to ensure clear understanding of expectations
- Act as the primary contact for client engagements, ensuring project completion and addressing challenges
- Develop strategic roadmaps and identify new opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in digital project delivery, including digital marketing and eCommerce technologies
- Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and managing complex client implementations
- Strong understanding of the business needs of Salesforce clients
- Experience managing an account portfolio in an agency setting
- Proven strategic selling skills with the ability to identify opportunities and craft solutions
