Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Senior Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communications with clients to ensure clear understanding of expectations
  • Act as the primary contact for client engagements, ensuring project completion and addressing challenges
  • Develop strategic roadmaps and identify new opportunities to achieve sales and revenue targets


Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital project delivery, including digital marketing and eCommerce technologies
  • Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem and managing complex client implementations
  • Strong understanding of the business needs of Salesforce clients
  • Experience managing an account portfolio in an agency setting
  • Proven strategic selling skills with the ability to identify opportunities and craft solutions
