Job Summary
A company is looking for an SAP Process Change Management Lead to drive change initiatives and enhance organizational capability for specific SAP processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change impact assessments and role-based training maps
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and maintain the super user community for the E2E/process area
- Lead change activities, training, and communication for monthly system enhancements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in change management or related fields
- Experience with SAP implementations and enhancements
- Preferred degree in Change Management, Adult Learning, or Communications
- Certification in Organizational Change Management or Learning & Development is a plus
