Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Accessibility Designer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become an authority on inclusive design language and set standards for the design system and practice
- Lead the accessible design of components, patterns, and features
- Collaborate with teams to ensure features are accessible to users of assistive technology
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of accessibility design experience
- Experience in designing for web accessibility standards and using assistive technology
- Experience in writing HTML & CSS within Ruby on Rails and React apps
- Experience leading the design of complex components in a design system
- Comfortable using Git version control
