Senior Accounts Payable Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accounts Payable Analyst to manage day-to-day accounts payable operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for Accounts Payable inquiries and manage the Accounting inbox
• Oversee vendor contracts and ensure compliance with payment terms, while maintaining efficient AP processes
• Analyze complex data sets to identify errors or concerns and communicate findings to management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting
• Proficiency with Excel and experience with NetSuite, Ramp, and Google Suite
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Passion for mental health and eating disorder treatment
