Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Advisor, Safeguarding, Protection and Community Engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of safeguarding strategies and policies for Head Start programs
- Provide technical guidance and training on safeguarding, child protection, and community engagement to program staff
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families in the community
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least seven years of relevant experience
- Proven knowledge of child development for ages 0-5 years
- Experience in evaluating incidents and providing guidance while maintaining confidentiality
- Ability to prioritize issues and assess urgency effectively
- Professional proficiency in MS Office suite and spoken/written English
