Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing materials for meetings of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee
  • Support the implementation and execution of Executive Compensation programs through data analytics and reporting
  • Draft executive compensation tables and materials for the annual proxy statement
Required Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of Executive Compensation and/or Equity benefit programs
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Familiarity with general accounting and payroll practices
  • Knowledge of SOX controls and compliance
