Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Executive Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing materials for meetings of the Compensation and Leadership Development Committee
- Support the implementation and execution of Executive Compensation programs through data analytics and reporting
- Draft executive compensation tables and materials for the annual proxy statement
Required Qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis of Executive Compensation and/or Equity benefit programs
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree required
- Familiarity with general accounting and payroll practices
- Knowledge of SOX controls and compliance
