Job Summary

A company in Information Technology is seeking a Senior Director of Data Engineering.

Position Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for data collection, transformation, architecture, storage, governance, and consumption of data
• Evangelize the benefits of business intelligence and data-driven decisions, support reporting and analytics deliverables, and build and govern standards for data and development
• Lead the architecture of the data warehouse, data models, data marts, and data fabric, manage resource loading, and recruit, train, develop, and retain talent

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of work experience with an advanced degree in an engineering/quantitative field
• Deep subject matter experience in data engineering, cloud data warehousing, data architecture, and business intelligence
• Familiarity with CPG businesses and IOT products is a plus
• 7+ years of team management experience and proficient in coordinating timelines, cross-functional resources, and priorities to deliver programs on time
• Strong detail orientation with proven ability to work quickly and accurately
