Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director, QA.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a long-term QA strategy and associated roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Manage all resources related to QA, including functional QA, automation, performance testing, and data quality testing
- Align stakeholders on priorities and manage the integration of functional testing into the SDLC
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- A MS/BS Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is highly desired
- 10+ years of experience in a strategic QA leadership role
- Experience building and managing QA teams, both functional and automated
- Experience with Agile and/or Lean processes
- Solid technical background with an understanding of software development and web technologies
