Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Field Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support banking centers with operational guidance and conduct reviews of processes and internal controls
- Coach and train colleagues on procedures, and facilitate regular operations meetings to enhance knowledge and consistency
- Monitor compliance with regulations and assist in developing operational policies and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of operations experience, preferably in a banking center
- High School diploma or GED required; advanced degrees preferred
- In-depth knowledge of banking practices and regulations
- Demonstrated supervision or management experience
