Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer for a 12-month remote contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Write training content and serve as the primary contact for business partners
- Develop training for in-store associates, preferably with retail sales experience
- Collaborate with subject matter experts in assigned departments
Required Qualifications
- Experience creating training content for in-store associates
- Retail experience is highly desired, with a preference for home improvement or financial services
- Proficiency in training script development
- Experience in developing reinforcement questions
- Portfolio showcasing storytelling and visual presentation skills
