Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts job-task analysis and needs assessments to identify training solutions
- Develops training program goals and objectives in collaboration with managers and team members
- Designs course content using instructional design principles and incorporates various training methodologies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant certification and job-related experience
- 5 years of experience in training, education, development, or related fields
- Solid knowledge of course development software and authoring tools
- Proven experience preparing courses for e-Learning in a Learning Management System
- Preferred: Master's Degree and 5+ years of experience with course development software
