Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Consultant in Instructional System Design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the analysis and development of instructional materials and courseware
- Create course design documents and training materials
- Review and update course materials to ensure relevancy
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 9+ years of experience in adult learner ISD projects and training
- Working knowledge of writing courses using information technology systems
- Experience with ADDIE and Kirkpatrick models
