Senior Intermediate Transmission Line Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior/Intermediate Transmission Line Engineer.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise groups of professionals and non-professionals or small groups of specialized engineers in the Power sector for large and small projects
- Prepare and review engineering deliverables, material lists, construction details, drawings, and diagrams for transmission lines
- Mentor and provide technical support to team members, liaise with other discipline leads, project managers, vendors, contractors, and clients to facilitate smooth flow of information for design and construction
Qualifications:
- University Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of related engineering experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of transmission lines with operating voltages not less than 115kV
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Office, and transmission line design software PLS-CADD and PLS-Pole
- Registration as a Professional Engineer in the United States is mandatory
