Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst Senior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct high-level analysis of current system state, system development goals, business and end-user needs, and make recommendations
• Participate in business process analysis, needs assessments, and technology infrastructure upgrades using Agile mindset
• Elicit and document requirements and write story cards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an information technology discipline or related field of study
• Minimum four years of related work experience in requirements gathering activities or Progressive systems experience
• Experienced in the usage and setup of Azure DevOps and other requirements management tools
• Technical aptitude and proficiency in IBM Blue Works Live, Mural usage, and Splunk usage
• Knowledge of Lean, Agile, and Scrum framework
