Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Processor to manage loan processing tasks remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Process various loan programs including FHA, VA, and Conventional loans
- Request, review, and verify loan documents to ensure accuracy before underwriting
- Maintain communication with customers and loan agents regarding loan status and changes
Required Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience processing mortgage loans
- Current experience with purchase loans
- Proficient in Encompass or similar mortgage loan origination systems
- Advanced knowledge of federal and state guidelines, including TRID
- Ability to analyze complex tax returns and calculate income for borrowers
