Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Services to lead customer-facing teams and enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical customer-facing teams in a SaaS or FinTech environment
  • Strong people leadership experience with a track record of managing remote-first teams
  • Strategic thinker with operational knowledge of service delivery processes
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across departments
  • Data-driven leader focused on continuous improvement of the customer journey
