Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Services to lead customer-facing teams and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive team performance across Implementation, Professional Services, and Technical Support to deliver a cohesive client experience
- Scale and optimize service delivery processes to improve operational efficiency and support a diverse customer base
- Build and enable high-performing teams by recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional team members
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience leading technical customer-facing teams in a SaaS or FinTech environment
- Strong people leadership experience with a track record of managing remote-first teams
- Strategic thinker with operational knowledge of service delivery processes
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across departments
- Data-driven leader focused on continuous improvement of the customer journey
