Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor Onboarding and Solutions Engineering Managers to cultivate a high-performance culture
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows and enhance onboarding processes
  • Ensure timely delivery of integration projects while managing technical challenges and aligning with customer needs


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or HR technology with a focus on managing processes or systems
  • 5+ years of experience leading technical onboarding or integrations in B2B SaaS environments
  • Strong technical background with experience in integration tools and technologies
  • Proven experience in revamping onboarding processes with a focus on automation and efficiency
