Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, PPL Strategic Initiatives & OpEx.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage agendas for the PPL Leadership Team and contribute to strategic planning
  • Collaborate on strategic functional planning processes and track functional strategic roadmaps
  • Build a community for standard PPL operating practices and drive employee programming initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in program management, operations, or related fields
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and foster collaboration across teams
  • Experience in driving alignment across complex organizations and managing competing priorities
  • Expertise in building governance processes and managing cross-functional initiatives
