Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, PPL Strategic Initiatives & OpEx.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage agendas for the PPL Leadership Team and contribute to strategic planning
- Collaborate on strategic functional planning processes and track functional strategic roadmaps
- Build a community for standard PPL operating practices and drive employee programming initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in program management, operations, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships and foster collaboration across teams
- Experience in driving alignment across complex organizations and managing competing priorities
- Expertise in building governance processes and managing cross-functional initiatives
