Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Portfolio Administration Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain lease information and data in technology systems, ensuring proper document management
  • Conduct audits of financial reconciliations and manage dispute resolutions with landlords
  • Oversee subtenant processes, ensuring accurate financial obligations and timely rent processing
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
  • 2+ years of experience in auditing or related field
  • Expertise in cost analysis and understanding complex real estate lease terminology
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
