Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator - Part-Time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and enter sales-related paperwork into Oracle CPQ and ERP
  • Initialize sales bookings and manage email requests in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with other departments and provide support to customer-facing revenue employees
Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or an organizational ERP system
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer contract review and electronic document management
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, invoices, and accounts receivable is preferred
  • Ability to enter large volumes of data with minimal errors
