Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Administration Coordinator - Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and enter sales-related paperwork into Oracle CPQ and ERP
- Initialize sales bookings and manage email requests in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments and provide support to customer-facing revenue employees
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV or an organizational ERP system
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer contract review and electronic document management
- Familiarity with purchase orders, invoices, and accounts receivable is preferred
- Ability to enter large volumes of data with minimal errors
