Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Associate, Homeowner Stabilization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of homeowner stabilization programs, including data analysis and reporting
• Facilitate contracting and payment processes with partners and funders
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful program implementation and operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered
• Two years of experience in a nonprofit or housing-focused agency
• Proficiency in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office, especially Google Sheets and Excel
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for promoting equitable and affordable homeownership
