SAP Supply Chain Customer Service Project Coordination

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Program Manager - Commercial.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary internal lead for assigned customer programs, ensuring all deliverables for production runs are on track
  • Coordinate production planning, incoming materials, QC, batch releases, and shipping timelines for active orders
  • Act as the operational point of contact for assigned accounts alongside the Account Manager
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Nutrition, Lifesciences, or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • PMP or relevant PM certification is helpful
  • 0-4 years of experience in Customer Service or Project Coordination, preferably in nutraceuticals or food supplements
  • Understanding of formulation-to-launch processes and experience with SAP ERP and Project Management Tools
  • Solid ability to balance aggressive demands and collaborate across different areas
