Senior Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager to oversee integrated support and service functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate needs of customers and partners into testable hypotheses and implement pilots for new strategies
- Develop and manage a comprehensive program roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of complex initiatives
- Leverage technology to enhance operational efficiency and maintain productive relationships with external partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategy, program management, or business operations, with management consulting experience preferred
- Strong program and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with SQL/Presto and data visualization tools like Tableau, Alteryx, or PowerBI is preferred
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable
