Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Digital Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and launch scalable and automated success programs across the customer lifecycle
  • Analyze the digital customer journey to identify friction points and opportunities for improvement
  • Manage a portfolio of digital success programs, including planning, execution, and regular business reviews
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in digital customer success, program management, or customer enablement
  • Strong data evaluation skills to identify and communicate customer insights and trends
  • Ability to build and manage complex digital programs with measurable outcomes
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with customer engagement tools such as Appcues and Matik or similar
