Senior Resilience Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Resilience Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Track, review, and report on the implementation of technology processes including Incident, Problem, and BCM
• Assist technology teams in designing and optimizing their processes in accordance with company policies
• Collaborate with Audit and Risk departments to conduct audits and risk assessments of Technology

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of technology support frameworks such as ITSM and ITIL
• Experience with reporting or BI tools, such as Looker
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and processes, including Jira and Rootly
• Experience with incident and problem management, BCM, and operational resiliency
• Understanding of current regulatory requirements related to operational resiliency
