Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Business Risk & Controls Advisor - CRA (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee risk management strategies and ensure alignment with business unit risk considerations
  • Support the implementation of risk management policies and procedures while identifying risks and control gaps
  • Engage with regulatory and internal audit processes, ensuring compliance and timely reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Financial Services or related fields, or High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in risk or compliance, particularly with Community Reinvestment Act and CRA processes
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Visio
  • Knowledge of risk management techniques and banking regulatory requirements
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management
