Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel growth in performance marketing and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective clients across hospitals and health systems
- Own outreach strategy and execution using a multi-channel approach
- Track and analyze outreach performance to improve conversion rates
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or pipeline-generation role, preferably in healthcare or SaaS
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline targets
- Strong business acumen to connect prospects' goals to solutions
- Experience with CRM and outreach platforms
- Bonus: Familiarity with selling into marketing departments at hospitals or health systems
