Senior Site Contract Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Site Contract Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for the timely preparation and execution of Clinical Study Agreements (CSAs), Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), and associated vendor agreements
- Negotiate agreements with investigator sites and provide input for updates to legal and budget playbooks
- Lead process improvement projects and mentor junior staff within the Contract Management function
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; a Health Care, business, legal, or scientific discipline preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in Clinical Research and/or contract/budget management
- Experience in cross-functional interactions and working within a global environment
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience in financial, budget, cost management/analysis, accounting, and/or financial planning is desirable
