Senior Solutions Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to work remotely in North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in onboarding activities to ensure successful implementations and customer satisfaction for large enterprise clients
- Design and implement effective solutions tailored to the needs of nonprofit organizations
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to develop strategies that drive revenue growth
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in implementation and solutions engineering or technical sales in SAAS companies
- Expertise in project management, fundraising, consulting, or nonprofit tech stack migration
- Strong technical skills in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management
- Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and front-end website development (HTML/CSS/JS)
