Job Summary
A company in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Senior Staff Backend Trust Safety Foundations Software Engineer.
Position Responsibilities:
- Lead the project and build the long-term technical vision for the Trust & Safety Foundations Engineering team
- Build mission-critical foundational platforms for the Trust & Safety organization to improve system resilience and scalability
- Drive the long-term and architecture of the Trust & Safety Foundation products within the company's ecosystem and collaborate with cross-functional teams for large, cross-functional initiatives
Required Qualifications, Training and Education Level:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership responsibilities
- Track record and expertise in large-scale platform product development and software engineering organizations' leadership
- Expertise in synthesizing complex technical requirements, designs, trade-offs, and capabilities into clear decisions, influencing technical and product direction
- Experience developing technical architecture and strategy for quickly growing businesses
- Experience leading and mentoring engineers
