Senior Value Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior/Lead Value Engineer (Post-Sales).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to help customers achieve desired business outcomes using the company's solutions
- Collaborate with various teams to co-create customer account strategies and identify upselling opportunities
- Build and execute tailored customer success plans, ensuring effective training and user adoption of the company's products
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, value engineering, or management consulting
- Familiarity with process improvement tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical aptitude for analyzing complex business problems and processes
- Ability to analyze large data sets within Excel, including creating pivot tables
- Experience in process mining and/or task mining is a plus
