Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Applications Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators, overseeing the platform's architecture and performance
- Serve as the subject matter expert for ServiceNow, driving platform adoption and best practices
- Coordinate platform upgrades, integrations, and ongoing maintenance while ensuring compliance with IT standards
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise application architecture and support, including 5+ years in management
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including various modules
- Experience managing platform upgrades, customizations, and third-party integrations
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- ServiceNow System Administrator Certification required; additional certifications preferred
