Key Responsibilities

- Conduct gap analyses and provide training and support for ServiceNow SAM solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Service Now development experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Analysis or SAM
- Strong understanding of ITAM principles and ServiceNow or similar platforms
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
