ServiceNow Solution Architect
Job Summary
A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and consult on project architecture, ensuring long-term solution viability
- Perform discovery and design work sessions to gather and review solution requirements
- Provide training, technical consulting, and mentoring to ensure efficient use of ServiceNow capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance or higher
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS software configuration and/or development
- Functional knowledge and implementation experience of at least 2 ServiceNow modules
- Minimum of two ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certifications and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ITIL Certification v3+ or completion within 6 months of starting the position
