Required Qualifications
- Experience leading 4-5 ServiceNow implementations, preferably in the FSO Insurance industry
- Proven track record as a ServiceNow contractor in technical roles
- Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow integrations and platform capabilities
- Strong background in the insurance sector, particularly with the FSO model is a plus
- CSA and CSM certifications highly preferred
