Services Consulting Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Services Consulting Manager to lead a Professional Services team in a SaaS organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead a world-class Professional Services team for CLM, ensuring successful implementation methodologies and project outcomes
- Manage complex customer engagements, including proposal generation, SOW creation, and client negotiations
- Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality outcomes
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of client-facing software implementation and/or consulting experience with enterprise-scale SaaS projects
- 3+ years of experience with Legal Ops/Procurement and understanding of AI and CLM trends
- Experience building and leading a 10+ person organization
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to interface with executive-level clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
