Job Summary

A company is looking for a Consulting Director to lead advisory engagements focused on strategic and technology assessments for Health Plan operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead advisory engagements to assess current state and define future state roadmaps for Core Administration and operations transformation
• Leverage technology to define business and technology blueprints that optimize core administrative functions and claims operations
• Conduct operational financial assessments to identify cost reduction opportunities and develop business cases for improved efficiencies

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Consulting Leadership role within the Health Plan or Healthcare sector
• Proven relationship-building skills with leadership at the C-suite level and below
• Experience in creating technology roadmaps and selecting appropriate infrastructure and platforms
• Experience in profitability management and developing financial plans and budgets
• Strong team management skills with a focus on performance and collaboration
