Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer, Siebel CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide remote-based system administration and support for Siebel CRM applications and infrastructure
- Manage service requests, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and perform routine maintenance
- Develop strong relationships with clients and collaborate with team members in a virtual environment
Required Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of hands-on Siebel application and system administration experience
- Deep understanding of Siebel architecture and functionality
- Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems and various databases
- Knowledge of Siebel scripting languages and REST API development
- Experience with Siebel vertical solutions for the Financial Services industry and SDLC best practices
