Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer, Siebel CRM.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide remote-based system administration and support for Siebel CRM applications and infrastructure
  • Manage service requests, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, and perform routine maintenance
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and collaborate with team members in a virtual environment
Required Qualifications:
  • 5-10 years of hands-on Siebel application and system administration experience
  • Deep understanding of Siebel architecture and functionality
  • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems and various databases
  • Knowledge of Siebel scripting languages and REST API development
  • Experience with Siebel vertical solutions for the Financial Services industry and SDLC best practices
