Job Summary
A company is looking for a Software Solutions Architect to provide software development and deployment services for a proprietary product in the plastics manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee implementation and upgrade services for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO and related products
- Conduct pre-sales activities including prospect evaluations, demos, and community education
- Provide Helpdesk and support for Microsoft D365 FO, Azure, and Power Platform
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology or its foreign equivalent
- 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO/AX software implementation and support
- Experience developing ERP and software solutions for plastics manufacturers
- 3 relevant Microsoft certifications from the specified list
