A company is looking for a Solutions Architect to serve as a primary technical advisor to customers post-sale.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain the role as the customer's primary technical advisor
- Onboard new data sources and implement custom integrations into customer environments
- Provide training and guidance to customer technical resources for managing Glean
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 3 years of technical consulting experience, or a Master's degree with at least 1 year of experience
- Software development experience in at least two programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go
- Experience with API and custom data integration in a Hybrid or SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Cloud technologies like Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Microsoft Azure
- Experience in Software Engineering, Pre-Sales Engineering, Post-Sales Engineering, or Professional Services
