SOX Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a SOX Manager for a remote contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with SOX implementation, testing, and compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and scoping
- Provide leadership and guidance on process improvement and systems implementation
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of public accounting experience at a Big 4 or National Firm OR 3+ years of public accounting and 3+ years of internal audit within a US public company OR PCAOB experience
- Experience in internal audit and SOX compliance
- Manager-level experience in public accounting or internal audit in a combination of public and industry (public company)
- Strong concentration in SOX compliance or advisory/consultant experience with accelerated US public companies
- Leadership experience
