Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOX Manager for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with SOX implementation, testing, and compliance
• Conduct risk assessments and scoping
• Provide leadership and guidance on process improvement and systems implementation

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of public accounting experience at a Big 4 or National Firm OR 3+ years of public accounting and 3+ years of internal audit within a US public company OR PCAOB experience
• Experience in internal audit and SOX compliance
• Manager-level experience in public accounting or internal audit in a combination of public and industry (public company)
• Strong concentration in SOX compliance or advisory/consultant experience with accelerated US public companies
• Leadership experience
