State Pricing Director
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Actuarial and State Pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the State Pricing team and provide advanced actuarial support for insurance products
- Drive pricing decisions and develop pricing related to new products and coverages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, regulators, and reinsurers to implement changes and ensure profitability and growth
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- FCAS required
- 10-12 years insurance P&C experience with increasing responsibility and leadership
- At least 6 years' experience in personal lines, homeowners experience preferred
- 5+ years of people management experience preferred
