Strategy and Operations Associate
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategy and Operations Associate.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own strategy & process to support and scale the Network Inventory product including onboarding, ongoing operations, & reporting
- Provide guidance and recommendations on platform configurations to meet customer use case and business process needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Engineering, & Sales to deliver software solutions
Ideal Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a management consultant, investment banker, or in a product operations role at a software company
- High degree of comfort with structuring and solving ambiguous problems
- Strong organization and people management skills, including setting KPIs and holding others accountable
- Capability in data processing, analysis, and visualization, with Excel experience required
- Bonus if located in NYC
