Job Summary
A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations - Senior Manager or Associate Director.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage strategic processes including core diligence, digital strategy, and corporate growth strategy
- Implement strategies to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency, identifying gaps and automation opportunities
- Collaborate on product strategy with EPD and marketing teams to evaluate product growth and alignment with corporate strategy
Required Qualifications
- 3-8 years of experience in strategy and operations, preferably in consulting or R&D industries
- Strong process mindset with a focus on streamlining and improving complex processes
- Data-driven approach to measure success and inform insights for optimization
- Technologically savvy with adaptability in fast-growing environments
- Preferred educational background in hard science or business; a master's degree or MBA is a plus
