Job Summary
A company is looking for a Central Support Operations Coordinator for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication and process data and communications according to standards
- Enter and verify member information in the care management platform and assist in coordinating care between providers and health plans
- Complete administrative documentation and run reports to monitor team duties
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- 1+ years of experience with computers in an office environment
- Ability to work an assigned 8-hour shift during business hours
