Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Services Specialist 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as an advocate for patients and liaise with clients and government agencies to facilitate medical expense coverage
  • Research, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate patient records while interacting with clients and internal departments
  • Assist with escalated customer issues and support leadership in analyzing inventory data to improve client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience in patient financial services or insurance collections
  • Proficient knowledge of commercial and government insurance plans, as well as medical terminology
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain HIPAA compliance
