Surplus Lines Compliance Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager Surplus Lines Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the relationship with the filing vendor and ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Oversee resolution of compliance tags and communicate regulatory changes to internal teams
- Coordinate timely filing uploads and maintain detailed records for audit purposes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Property/Casualty surplus lines compliance
- Experience with state surplus lines forms and requirements
- Established relationships with surplus line regulatory staff
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential
