Job Summary
A company is looking for a Switchboard Operator to manage incoming calls and coordinate telephone operations remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Receives and directs all incoming calls to appropriate departments or staff
- Coordinates clinic telephone system with answering service and initiates equipment repair requests
- Maintains confidentiality and organizes switchboard materials efficiently
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to work full-time, Monday - Friday, with flexibility for shift schedules
